Youth are considered ages 16-24, and recreational activities are available to individuals 18-24.Youth Transition Services are coordinated in partnership with Kittitas County School Districts, the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, and Rehabilitation Services Administration. Program participants will learn what it takes to begin living, working, and socializing in order to become successful self advocates in their communities. CWDR Youth Transition Services will guide youth as they discover job accommodations, employment opportunities, and enhance their networking skills. CWDR will help youth with pursuing higher education, locate job and internship opportunities, benefits and assistance planning, social networking opportunities and independent living skills training.Describe your products or services.
