Meet our Disability Specialist, Deja Blanchard.

Hello my name is Deja Blanchard.I joined Central Washington Disability Resources February of 2024, as the Disability Specialist. I have experience with disabilities in both my work experience and in my own personal life as well. I understand how having a/an disability/ies can impact multiple aspects of your life.

My role here at Central Washington Disability Resources is to help prepare people in our community with disabilities or access and functional needs to be better prepared for emergencies.  I hope that, with my personal experiences, I can help our community become more aware, prepared, and resilient if our county were to experience an emergency. I am passionate about my work here at Cwdr and am excited for all future projects. I look forward to helping our community to thrive and be more inclusive.
