In our Health & Wellness Club this week we will be creating proper diets and going over some common fad diets. Our Health and Wellness Club helps us to learn about the different facets of health and wellness to promote individual wellbeing. This activity is available online and in person. Please call our office to sign up. Open to ages 14 - 24.
